OUR HOUSE
1914 Square Feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, private splash pool, sleeps 6-10 comfortably. We are delighted to showcase our Paradise Palms Villa. We have decorated our townhome with high quality, aesthetically pleasing furniture for your pleasure. The kitchen has the latest stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is ceramic tile throughout the main floor and in each bathroom. The bedrooms are hardwood. The living room has comfortable seating and a 65" LCD big screen TV with DVD/Blu Ray Player. The private lanai and splash pool are a perfect respite after a long day of having fun. We have comfortable, outdoor furniture to enjoy while watching the kids splash in the pool. There is a washer and dryer in the villa located on the second floor for your convenience. You will also find and iron and ironing board.

BEDROOMS
Each of the 4 bedrooms are beautifully appointed. Every bedroom has its own flat screen 32" LED TV and DVD/Blu Ray player. Ceiling fans with 3 speeds are also found in all bedrooms except the kids room as a safety measure due to the bunk beds (power fan in the closet). An abundance of closet and dresser space is available. We have updated the flooring to hardwood.
* For those with infants we have a Pack ‘n Play, rocking seat, stroller, baby monitor and a few children’s toys.

The main floor bathroom, adjacent to bedroom 1, has a large shower, single basin and toilet.
The master bedroom ensuite comes complete with a bath/shower combination, his and hers basins and a private toilet. The second floor bathroom, adjacent to bedrooms 3 and 4, has a double sink vanity and a separate room with a large shower and toilet.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
This large open plan kitchen comes fully equipped. Stainless steel appliances include a full size oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Small appliances such as a toaster, blender, air fryer are also provided as well as a complete array of cooking and eating utensils. The breakfast bar has a granite countertop and seats 4. The separate dining table easily seats 6-10.
FAMILY ROOM
This spacious living-room has ample seating to allow everyone to relax in style and enjoy the large format, 65" LCD flat screen TV with DVD/Blu Ray Player. Read in style with a cocktail crafted from your own private bar.
LANAI & SPLASH POOL
The SOUTH facing lanai with splash pool is completely enclosed and ensures you get the most access to teh sun. It has a large patio with comfortable outdoor furniture. A section of the patio is fully protected from the sun and has a ceiling fan. The splash pool has a children’s safety fence that is deployed when the pool is not in use. Heating of the pool is available by request to the property manager for an additional fee.
A Weber electric BBQ is available for great grilling.
***Please note that our villa is smoke free and pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the lanai and front porch only. Service animals can be accommodated with a written request. We appreciate your cooperation.
THE RESORT
This private, full service complex has some of the best amenities in the Orlando area. As our guest, you’ll have unlimited access to all of them. There is a 5,000 square foot zero entry pool with a waterfall, 2 hot tubs, a kid’s splash pool, playground and a Tiki Bar and Grill. The spacious 9,500 sq. ft. Clubhouse features a sauna, fitness center, movie theatre, arcade room, internet lounge and a mini market. The property also includes basketball, beach volleyball, tennis courts and more!
